Absolutely love this collection of recipes. Everything I have tried turned out wonderfully flavorful and delicious. Very well laid out recipes, easy to read and follow the recipes. One of my current favorites at the moment. My favorite guacamole recipe is in this book. I frequently make this both at home and as a dish to bring to friends, always a hit.Also love the sun-dried tomato dip, parmesan croutons,carmelized butternut squash, roasted brussel sprouts(the only way we will eat them), perfect roast chicken,and the peach and raspberry crisp,

I bought this book years ago and use it regularly. You cannot go wrong with an Ina Garten recipe. I trust her. She has obviously tested the recipes well. I frequently give this book as a gift and it is always welcomed.
